Lucknow: Major train mishap averted near Daliganj railway station

A major train mishap was averted in Lucknow on Sunday after fishplates of a railway track were found missing near Daliganj railway station.

The police reached the site, and while the issue was taken care of, the rail route remained blocked for two hours.

The route has been opened now.
