Melanie Brown's daughter has defended her step-dad Stephen Belafonte over recent assault claims, saying that he never hit her mother.
Phoenix Chi Brown insisted Belafonte never laid a finger on the former Spice Girl, the Daily Star reported.
She lashed out on Instagram after followers blasted Belafonte for uploading a Christmas selfie of the two of them in Los Angeles, which showed both of them in the car "getting last minute Christmas shopping done".
Belafonte was battered with online accusations when Brown appeared on 'The X Factor' with bruises and scratches on her arms.
