Parkash Singh Badal calls on Modi

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7RCR here today.

Reportedly, Badal will be submitting a plan for the development of the state to the prime minister.

Accusing the previous government of a "step-motherly" treatment to Punjab, Badal had said that he would soon call on Modi to submit a plan for the development of the state.
