Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during in ongoing two-day visit to Bangladesh, visited the Dhakeshwari Temple in Dhaka on Sunday.
Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson Vikas Swarup took to twitter to share the information.
"An early morning temple visit. PM @narendramodi worships at the Sree Sree Dhakeshwari Temple in Dhaka," he posted.
Prime Minister Modi will later in the day receive the Award of Liberation War Honour on behalf of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Bangabhaban here.
