Also, Banwarilal Purohit was appointed as the Governor of Tamil Nadu and Satya Pal Malik as the Governor of Bihar.
Moreover, Professor Jagdish Mukhi was appointed as the Governor of Assam and Ganga Prasad as the Governor of Meghalaya.
