Prime Minister Modi greets Afghanistan on its Independence Day

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the people of Afghanistan on their Independence Day, which is being observed today.

"India's ties with Afghanistan are strong and will grow further in the coming years. India assures full support to government and people of Afghanistan in their efforts to create a peaceful, united, democratic and prosperous nation," the Prime Minister said.

Afghanistan is celebrating its 94th Independence day today.
