Queen Elizabeth II not to attend Christmas Day church service

The Buckingham Palace has announced that Queen Elizabeth II will not attend church service at St. Mary Magdalene Church on Christmas Day as she is suffering from cold.
"Her Majesty will participate in the Royal Family Christmas celebrations during the day," CNN quoted a statement, as saying.
The Queen and her husband failed to arrive at London King's Cross to catch a morning train to King's Lynn for their traditional Christmas holiday.
This will be the first time that the Queen would miss the traditional Christmas Day service.
The Queen has attended St. Mary Magdalene Church every Christmas since 1988.
