Rahul Gandhi's aircraft makes emergency landing

A flight carrying Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi reportedly made an emergency landing at Lucknow this evening.

The flight was reportedly diverted to Lucknow due to bad weather, media reports said.

Gandhi was heading back to Delhi from his constituency of Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. His sister Priyanka had accompanied him there.
