The 44-year-old actor said that it is very unfair and disappointing for someone to read reports regarding themselves that they have been starving or that they are anorexic, the Daily Express reported.
Zellweger, who sparked the speculation regarding her weight after being spotted at a New York fashion event, said that she has a lifestyle that involves keeping her sanity by going to the gym.
