Rusted bombs found near army cantonment area in Amritsar, probe underway

As many as five rusted bombs were recovered on Saturday evening from cantonment area in Amritsar district of Punjab.

According to reports, the bombs were first spotted by the evening walkers.

Police Commissioner A.S. Chahal confirmed ANI about the spotting of bombs.

"We are still investigating the matter," he said.

The bombs were recovered from a construction site in cantonment and were rusty. The bombs were later collected by the army personals.
