An insider close to the 22-year-old singer, who had been in an on-off relationship with Justin Bieber of a long time, said that things were going great with the alleged new beau, and they were both having fun, E! Online reported.
Though the two had been spending a lot of time working on a song together, it was when they were spotted together outside work zone that speculations regarding dating started.
The pair has also shared a lot of pictures taken together at attended star-studded events, like Golden Globe after-parties, showing a little PDA.
The source said that though her pals were questioning a bit where she was headed with this, they were also glad that she was happy and this person wasn't Justin Bieber.
