SP MLA booked for murder of woman
A case has been filed against Samajwadi Party MLA for allegedly killing a woman, who had accused him of rape in 2013, under section 302 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The body of the 20-year-old woman was recovered on Sunday near her house.
