'Steven' Morrissey's biopic in talks

A film on the story of Steven Patrick Morrissey has been announced focusing on the singer's life "pre-Smiths".

The biopic has been temporarily named 'Steven' and will be created by the team that was behind the Oscar-nominated film 'The Voorman Problem', the BBC News Reported.

Director Mark Gill said that there is no denying that the venture is a love letter to Steven Patrick Morrissey and the dark satanic mills of Manchester.

However, it is still not clear that whether Morrissey has given his consent to the project as yet.
