Three militants killed in encounter in Kupwara

Three militants were killed and an army trooper was injured in an encounter between security forces and militants in the Handwara area of Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara District late on Saturday night.

An Army spokesman said the gunfight between the militants and security forces broke out in the forested area of Zachaldara in the Handwara Sector.
