Three 'Xinjiang terrorists' shot dead by Chinese police in Shenyang

Three armed men in China's north-eastern Shenyang city have been shot dead by police, who claimed they were Xinjiang terrorists.

According to the BBC, the raid took place on Monday, wherein a woman was also injured.

China's Xinjiang province is home to a significant Muslim Uighur population.

The province has seen several clashes and public attacks in recent years, which police have attributed to terrorists.
