US, Bangladesh working closely to identify foreigners' killers

The US has said that the country is working with Bangladesh authorities to identify the culprit behind the killings of the two foreigners.

According to The Daily Star, a US State Department spokesperson John Kirby said that the US is working closely with the Bangladesh Government to bring to justice the person responsible for these attacks.

He also said that they have noted the claims of responsibility by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

His statement came at a regular press briefing in Washington.
