US urges India, Pakistan to resolve tensions

The United States has urged India and Pakistan to resolve tensions by working together.

According to the Dawn, the U.S., however, ignored any suggestion that it should intervene to end the differences between the two neighbours.

The State Department's spokesperson John Kirby said that they want the tensions to be reduced.

Kirby refused to comment on whether the US should intervene in the issues between India and Pakistan.
