"We're having a baby!" confirms Kim K
Through a promo of her reality series 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' Kim Kardashian West has confirmed that she and Kanye West are having a baby.
The reality TV star tweeted the clip and wrote alongside, "Season 14 is gonna be wild. Tune in this Sunday!!! #KUWTK"

Kim K is shown in the promo on a video call with her sister, Khloe Kardashian.
"What happens every time I say, 'Guess what?'" Kim asks. "The person's pregnant?" Khloe asks before Kim announces, "We're having a baby!"
E! Online reports Kardashian West is expecting via surrogate.
This will be the third child for the 36-year-old and her rapper husband, joining their daughter North and son Saint.
