Achal Investments to hold board meeting

Achal Investments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 October 2015, to consider the appointment of M/s. G.P. Keshari & Associates, Chartered Accountant as the statutory auditor of the Company in place of M/s. Kumar Anoop & Company, Chartered Accountant who have resigned from the statutory auditor of the Company,to approve the above mentioned agenda by way of Postal Ballot.
