Acrysil approves resolution for investment and fund raising programme

Acrysil announced that the directors of the company in the meeting held on 25 February 2015 have approved the following resolution passed thereof: > Fund raising programme up to Rs 60 crores through various means and authorised Chirag A Parekh, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, to explore the proposition further. > Further investment in wholly owned subsidiary of U.K. > Incorporation of step-down subsidiary in China through company's Hong Kong subsidiary "Acrysil International."
