Adani Enterprises incorporates subsidiary - Prayagraj Water

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a subsidiary namely, Prayagraj Water, on 26 December 2018 in joint venture with Organia Technologies with the object to develop and rehabilitation of sewage treatment plants and its associated infrastructure on HAM mode basis at Allahabad/ Prayagraj. Adani Enterprises has a 74% shareholding in Prayagraj Water with the balance 26% being held by Organia Technologies.
