Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) appoints company secretary

With effect from 17 August 2015

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announced that Nilesh Jain has been appointed as Company Secretary under the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 17 August 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of Clause 47 (a) of the Equity Listing Agreement, he will also be acting as the Compliance Officer and the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
