Alchemist appoints company secretary

With effect from 13 August 2015

Alchemist announced that as per the requirements of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and listing agreement, Vimal Kumar Sharma an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015.
