Allahabad Bank allots equity shares to GoI

On 17 October 2016

Allahabad Bank has issued and allotted 42,30,226 (Forty two lac thirty thousand two hundred twenty six) new equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees ten only) of the Bank on preferential basis to Government of India (President of India) on 17 October 2016 for cash at an issue price of Rs. 78.01 (Rupees seventy eight and paise one only) per equity share including a premium of Rs. 68.01 (Rupees sixty eight and paise one only) per equity share.
