Alpine Housing Development Corporation announced that Registrar and Transfer Agent, Cameo Corporate Services submitted the share register based on Record that i.e. 08 October 2015 and Share Transfer Committee allotted the shares pursuant to authority delegated by Board meeting held on 26 September 2015. Committee allotted 64,96,500 no of Bonus shares of Rs. 10 each whose names appears on Register of Members on Record Date.
