Alstom T & D India announces sale of Bangalore property not concluded

Supposed to be effectuated in FY 2014

Alstom T & D India has announced that the Company had earlier informed on 16 December 2013 of its having entered into an 'Agreement for Sale' for the sale of its property in Bengaluru for a consideration of approximately Rs 120 crore with a large Indian business group Company. The transaction is not yet concluded, though it was envisaged to be effectuated during financial year ended 31 March 2014.
