Amtek Auto announces change in financial year

Current FY to end on 31 March 2016

Amtek Auto announced that as per the Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the financial year shall end by 31st March. Therefore, the current financial year shall end on 31 March 2016 instead of 30 September 2016.
