Apcotex Industries fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 24 September 2015

Apcotex Industries announced that 24 September 2015 has been fixed as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the names of the Shareholders who would be entitled to receive 1 (One) Bonus Equity share of Rs. 5/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each held in the Company.
