Apollo Tyres announces cessation of director

With effect from 26 November 2014

Apollo Tyres announced that the term of appointment of U. S. Oberoi as Whole Time Director of the Company has ended on 25 November 2014.

U. S. Oberoi ceases to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 November 2014.
