For the Audited full year,net profit declined 53.26% to Rs 32.09 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 68.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 40.75% to Rs 119.17 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 201.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
