Ashok Alco-Chem standalone net profit declines 97.09% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 37.42% to Rs 37.90 crore

Net profit of Ashok Alco-Chem declined 97.09% to Rs 0.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 37.42% to Rs 37.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 60.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 83.12% to Rs 2.09 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 12.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 56.03% to Rs 147.84 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 336.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
