Ashok Leyland to pay dividend

On and from 04 July 2015

Ashok Leyland announced that the dividend of Re.0.45 per share of the face value of Re.1/- each (45 %), and if approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 29 June 2015, the dividend shall be paid on and from 04 July 2015 and within the statutory time period.
