Ashoka Buildcon allots 9.35 crore equity shares

Under bonus issue

Ashoka Buildcon has allotted 93574406 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid, on July 16, 2018, as fully paid Bonus Equity Shares, in the ratio of One (1) Equity Share of Rs.5/- each for every two Equity Shares of Rs.5/- held, to eligible members whose names appear in the Register of members / list of beneficiary owners as on July 13, 2018, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.93,57,44,055/- consisting of 187148811 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs.140,36,16,085/- consisting of 280723217 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each.
