Asian Granito India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 August 2014, to consider the draft of Annual report of the Company, Directors Report, Notice and all other relevant annexure(s) for the year ended as on 31 March 2014, to consider the date, time and place of holding of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2013-14, consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30 June 2014.
