Astec Lifesciences will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 August 2014 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial accounts for the Quarter ended 30 June 2014, to increase the Authorised Capital of the Company, and to amend the Memorandum of Association of the company.
