Avon Mercantile appoints company secretary cum complaince officer

With effect from 30 May 2014

Avon Mercantile announced that Jyotsna Sharma has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 May 2014.

Further pursuant to the provision of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, Jyotsna Sharma has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
