Axis Bank allots 1.59 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,59,540 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 2nd March 2020, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 564,18,07,228 (282,09,03,614 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 564,21,26,308 (282,10,63,154 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
