Axis Bank allots 30,400 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 30,400 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 18.06.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,58,09,672 (256,79,04,836 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,70,472 (256,79,35,236 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
