Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company approves appointment of MD&CEO

At meeting held on 18 June 2018

The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has approved the appointment of N. S. Kannan as Managing Director & CEO (MD & CEO) of the Company with effect from 19 June 2018, subject to approval of Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and Members of the Company.
