Axis Bank allots 4,61,250 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 4,61,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 24 April 2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,41,78,372 (256,70,89,186 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,51,00,872 (256,75,50,436 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
