Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 1,60,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 08 September 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,48,02,370 (237,74,01,185 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,51,23,560 (237,75,61,780 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
