Baid Leasing & Finance Co to hold board meeting

Baid Leasing & Finance Co will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 May 2016 to consider and allot equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the issue price of Rs. 41 (including premium of Rs. 31/- each) to promoters and non-promoters on preferential basis as per the in-principle Approval letter dated April 18, 2016 received for the same.
