Balmer Lawrie & Company announces change in CFO

With immediate effect

Balmer Lawrie & Company announced that Manoj Lakhanpal has been appointed as the CFO of the Company, in place of Prabal Basu, at the Meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors held on 12 August 2015 with immediate effect. Prabal Basu, the former CFO has relinquished his position as a CFO on 12 August 2015.
