Berger Paints India fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 13 February 2015; Dividend payment date is 24 February 2015

Berger Paints India announced that the Company has fixed 13 February 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

- The Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 would be paid on 24 February 2015.
