Quasar India fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 13 February 2015

Quasar India announced that 13 February 2015 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub division of Shares of Rs. 10/- per share of the Company into the shares of Rs. 1/- per share.
