Bharti Infratel provides update on buyback offer

Buyback offer period is from 12 July to 25 July 2016

Bharti Infratel announced that the buyback offer will open on 12 July 2016 and close on 25 July 2016. The last date for settlement of bids on the stock exchange is 02 August 2016.

Bharti Infratel is to buyback 47,058,823 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 425 per share.
