Bhilwara Technical Textiles announces resignation of CFO & company secretary

Bhilwara Technical Textiles announced that Khwahish Rawal, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned and been relieved from the services.

Further, P. S. Puri, President - Corporate Finance will be acting as Compliance Officer till the appointment of new Company Secretary.
