The Board of Accelya Solutions India on 22 June 2021 approved the appointment of Shrimanikandan Ananthavaidhyanathan (Mani) (DIN: 0009192936) as an Additional Director designated as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2021 for a period of 5 years.
