At meeting held on 15 November 2014

Agrimony Commodities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 November 2014, inter alia, has considered the Change in Designation of Jairaj Bafna from Non Executive Director to Executive Chief Financial Officer with effect from 01 October 2014, for a period of 5 years and approved his remuneration.
