Morgan Ventures announces change in CFO

With effect from 10 November 2014

Morgan Ventures announced that Shahzeb Khan, has resigned from post of Chief Financial officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 November 2014 and the same was taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 14 November 2014.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 14 November 2014 has confirmed the appointment of Ashish Kumar Tiwari as a Chief Financial officer of the Company w.e.f. 10 November 2014.
